Cute name for bourbon connoisseur?

Hi,

A friend and I are wondering if there is a cute slang term for a bourbon drinker, such as "wine-o" for a wine connoisseur?

It was suggested that "Southern" might suffice. As a Southern I respect this but maybe there is a more inclusive term out there I am unfamiliar with. If you don't know of a term then make some suggestions.
